Terms of Service

Last updated: October 18, 2026

By using Refira or the Refira CLI, you agree to these terms governing workspace usage, subscription capacity, and technical platform safeguards.

1. Service Scope & Ownership of Work

Refira provides a visual workspace to preview, annotate, maintain design context, and export pages generated by your own coding agent.

You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights over all code, designs, tokens, and page content you push to or export from Refira.

2. Capacity Tiers, Locking & Archiving

The Free plan includes 1 active project with unlimited pages. The Starter plan includes 2 active projects with unlimited pages. The Pro plan provides unlimited active projects and pages without a fixed cap.

Archived projects are read-only and do not count toward your active project quota. If a downgrade places active projects above your current plan limit, excess projects and their pages become locked against mutations while remaining viewable and exportable.

3. Mayar Monthly Billing, Cancellation & Grace Period

Paid plans (Starter at Rp49.900/month and Pro at Rp99.900/month) renew automatically each month through Mayar. Displayed prices are the customer prices.

You may cancel renewal at any time; paid access remains active through the end of the billing period you already paid for. A failed renewal starts a 7-day past-due grace period before quota limits revert to Free without deleting your work.

4. Fair-Use & Technical Safeguards

All plans—including Unlimited capacity on Pro—remain subject to fair-use and technical safeguards, including API rate limits, page payload limits, export concurrency limits, security controls, and abuse prevention.

You must not embed private API keys in shared HTML documents or use the service to host malicious or unlawful content.

5. Push Credits, Validity, Refunds & Referrals

Push Credits and Charging Unit: Free workspaces use pay-as-you-go push credits. Exactly 1 credit is consumed for each successful CLI push that mutates page source code. Pushes that fail harness or syntax checks, rejected pushes (such as 409 revision conflicts, quota locks, or 402 insufficient credits), pushes with unchanged source code, and web studio canvas edits do not consume credits. Active paid subscriptions (Starter and Pro) include unlimited CLI pushes without consuming credits.

Validity and Credit Freeze: Every granted credit lot is valid for 90 calendar days from the date of issuance and is consumed in first-expiring order (FIFO). While an active paid subscription or promotional grant is effective—including the 7-day past-due grace period—your credit expiration timer is frozen. Upon subscription expiration, remaining credits resume with their residual validity.

Refund Policy: Pay-as-you-go credit pack purchases (10 credits for Rp10.000 via QRIS, 35 credits for Rp30.000, and 120 credits for Rp99.000) are final and non-refundable, except in cases of verified duplicate billing or payment gateway failures. Any approved refund immediately revokes any remaining unconsumed credits from that pack lot.

Referral Program and Abuse Prevention: Newly registered users receive 5 complimentary signup credits. Users may share referral links; an invited user claiming a referral code within 24 hours of account creation receives +5 bonus credits, and the inviter receives +5 bonus credits upon the invited user’s first successful mutating CLI push. Inviter rewards are capped at 5 per calendar month in the Asia/Jakarta timezone. Fabricating throwaway, automated, or duplicate accounts to farm referral credits is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate credit revocation and account termination.
