Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 26, 2026

Refira builds the visual design workspace for your coding agent. This policy explains what information we collect, how your project artifacts are stored, and the privacy principles that govern our platform.

1. Account & Workspace Information

When you create a Refira account, we store your email address, profile name, and encrypted authentication credentials required to secure your sessions and projects.

API keys generated to connect the Refira CLI are stored as cryptographic hashes and can be revoked at any time from your workspace settings.

2. Project Artifacts, Design Context & Annotations

Refira stores the page HTML, layout references, component catalogs, design context tokens, and annotation notes that you or your coding agent push to the project canvas.

Refira does not run server-side AI model inference on your code and never uses your private project artifacts to train third-party AI models.

3. Billing Information & Mayar

Starter and Pro subscription transactions are processed through Mayar. Refira does not store full payment card numbers or sensitive banking credentials on our servers.

We retain only subscription status, invoice history, and Mayar transaction reference identifiers needed to manage your active project quotas and push credits.

4. Shared Preview Links & Page Exports

Your projects are private by default. Pages are accessible externally only when you explicitly enable a project share link for review.

You retain full control over your work and can export your pages as standalone HTML at any time, including when resources are locked after a downgrade or archived.
